2. Quality Concerns & Non-Delivery
We do not accept returns of fresh or preserved floral products.
If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition or differs significantly from what was agreed, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and order details.
After evaluation, we may offer a replacement arrangement or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Completed Deliveries
Once the order is successfully delivered and acknowledged by the recipient, no refund will be provided, unless a verified quality issue is reported within 24 hours.
